Originally from New York and a South Florida resident since the age of six, Marni Charm brings both deep local knowledge and a genuinely people (and pet)-first approach to real estate. Now based in Fort Lauderdale, she has lived in several communities throughout the region, giving her an intimate understanding of the diverse lifestyles, neighborhoods, and hidden gems that make South Florida such a desirable place to call home.

 

Warm, approachable, and highly attentive, Marni is passionate about making the buying, selling, and investing process feel seamless and manageable for every client she works with. With a B.S. in Psychology from Indiana University and a professional background in human resources and stock market data analysis, she combines strong interpersonal insight with an analytical mindset. Marni takes the time to understand each client’s unique goals and motivations, developing thoughtful strategies and a personalized approach that helps her clients make informed decisions with confidence.

 

Beyond real estate, Marni is an artist with a passion for interior design and a keen eye for uncovering opportunities others may miss. She also has an enormous love of animals and especially enjoys helping clients find homes that are a great fit not only for them but also for their cherished pets.
